ACC Premiums

The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) has responsibility for insuring and collecting all ACC levies.  Your levy is based on your earnings for the previous year ended 31 March.  ACC will forward you an invoice once they receive this information from Inland Revenue Department.  These invoices can be paid within two months of receipt or arrangements can be made for them to be paid monthly.

ACC levies are calculated at a rate based upon the risk of accident for your industry category.  You can obtain more information by visiting the ACC website.  Information regarding your levies can be found under the ‘For Business’ section.
